Refund and Exchange policy

Returns & Exchange Policy
An exchange will only be possible if the request is submitted within 3 days from the date of order. However once the order has been confirmed and you have receive an email of confirmation, there will be no exchange in place as we may have already send out the item. Therefore it is advisable to select your choice carefully before submitting your order.

Q: Can I Exchange Apparels Which Does Not Fit My Size?
A: All measurements and sizes are displayed clearly on each apparel's description page. We have also included a guideline on How To Measure to ensure customers buy the correct sizes. We do not refund or perform exchanges for delivered apparels which do not fit customer's size.

Refunds Policy
A full refund will only be possible if ordered products are Out of Stock after payment is made in full. Refunds will be made in full. Money will be credited back to you within 3 working days after an email has been sent out to notify you that is out of stock.
